As President of the Accounting Society, I have had the privilege of developing my leadership capabilities and fostering a network of connections with both aspiring accounting students and seasoned professionals within the industry. This role has not only allowed me to cultivate my leadership skills but has also provided me with a platform to create meaningful connections and knowledge exchange, fostering a collaborative environment conducive to professional growth and development.

My participation as a UROC Apple Scholar has provided me with a unique opportunity to delve into my research interests and operate at an advanced academic level. Through this program, I have cultivated an understanding of my field and honed my skills in critical analysis and innovative problem-solving. This experience has been instrumental in shaping my academic journey and fueling my passion for scholarly exploration and discovery.

Working with the accounting faculty and fellow students we have been working on outreach to local area high schools and community colleges. Through he seeding project we are exposing students to the accounting profession. Through this I have been developing my public speaking skills and sharing my passion with others.

As the CalCPA industry influencer, I have been the point of contact for students interested in joining the state organization. With CalCPA, I have been able to host events to increase awareness about the accounting industry.

As the current Treasurer of the Otter Student Union, I actively contribute to the campus community. This position allows me to leverage my financial acumen and attention to detail, ensuring the sound management of our resources.
